You’re the person who knows what you’re good at (which is most everything) and what you should leave to the pros. This package includes everything you will need to transform your space. For just one room or your entire house, once your vision is defined and scope of work is established, we will take care of all the details.


scope of services

phase I:

design development

  • Interview client to determine goals, timelines and scope of work

  • On-site space analysis is conducted

  • Design team to take measurements of space

  • Determine concept including style, color, material palette, etc.

  • Provide client with concept visuals to convey design concept and direction

  • Preliminary selections of interior architectural finishes is provided

  • New functional 2D floor plans and and elevations are developed

  • Preliminary furniture, equipment, hardware, lighting, and accessory selections are made for client review

  • 3D renderings are developed to give client a realistic sense of their new space

  • Virtual or on-site design presentations to review above items and make changes as requested

  • Meet with consultants, such as contractors/vendors, or others as required

  • Design team to provide architects, engineers, permit runners and reputable builders as necessary


PHASE II:

interior specifications and purchasing

  • Prepare and deliver specifications for fixtures, hardware, furniture, window coverings and accessories

  • Finalize and deliver 2D space plans and layouts

  • Finish plan is provided to contractor for floor and/or wall finish specifications including wallcoverings

  • Lighting plan is provided to contractor including placement and suggested bulb wattage, color temperature and CRI

  • Complete working drawings concerning custom furniture, cabinets and architectural treatments are provided to contractor

  • Prepare and deliver other construction drawings when applicable including elevations, details and sections, etc.

  • Design team to curate/purchase all items outlined in Phase II


PHASE III:

design execution

  • Contractor(s) implements design plan of all items from PHASE II including installation of the proposed cabinets, fixtures, appliances, equipment, lighting, wall/ceiling/floor finishes with full participation and communication with Wanderlust to ensure accurate design execution

  • Installation of furniture and styling of accessories is executed with onsite designer facilitation

  • Post-install meeting to ensure client satisfaction
