Global Influence. Grounded Luxury.

Set within The Crosby Estates in Del Sur, this full-scale renovation transforms a traditional residence into a sophisticated expression of modern California living, shaped by a worldly point of view.

Clean architectural lines create a sense of quiet restraint, while tactile materials and custom craftsmanship bring warmth and depth throughout. Bronze, linen, honed stone, and richly grained woods form a layered, natural palette that feels refined yet effortless.

Designed around both connection and retreat, the home moves fluidly from generous gathering spaces to quieter, more intimate moments. Curated lighting, sculptural furnishings, and thoughtfully placed art bring personality and rhythm to the interiors, while natural materials keep the experience grounded.

The result is a home that feels collected rather than decorated — sophisticated, deeply personal, and designed to evolve beautifully with the people who live there.
